Charro Ride 62 Online Registration – Important Information:

Gentlemen, the cost of The Ride is the same for both Charros and Guests, which only covers our expenses.  If you would like to further support The Ride and our community, you can make a small donation of $100 or more.  By donating, your name will be listed on our Friends of The Ride Banner in the Ride Tent.    This is simply an option, and we already appreciate your participation in this epic event! 

Registration for the annual Charro Ride is limited to a select number of riders on a first-come, first-served basis. We expect the Ride to fill up quickly and to have more requests than we can accommodate. We strongly encourage you to complete your online registration and payment as soon as possible to secure your reservation. A waiting list will be maintained for those who wish to attend but registered after the Ride has reached maximum capacity.

CHARRO RIDE 62 REGISTRATION CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 1, 2024 FOR ALL RIDERS – OR SOONER IF CAPACITY IS REACHED.

Your Charro Ride 62 registration will not be complete, nor will a place be held without full payment. Make sure that you complete all fields and click through to the payment page to secure your Charro Ride 62 registration. You will automatically receive a confirmation receipt, packing list, Cowgirl Events information and Rules of the Ride.

Refund Policy:

If a registered rider cancels BEFORE AUGUST 16, 2024, he will receive a 100% refund of the Charro Ride Fee, and applicable Horse Rental or Cowgirl Event Fees. Due to multiple commitments made based on the number of registered riders, NO REFUND OR CREDIT OF ANY FEE WILL BE ISSUED AFTER AUGUST 16, 2024; CHARRO RIDE FEES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Hotel Accommodations:

Hotel accommodations will be arranged by the Charros Office through a group reservation for both Friday and Saturday nights of Charro Ride 62. Please do not contact the hotel independently regarding room reservations. Hotel reservations are limited, so if you do not intend to stay at the hotel, please do not book a hotel room. Once the hotel rooms we have reserved have been sold out, we would still love to have you on the Ride, but you would need to make your own accommodations.

Add Ons (Horse Rental, Cowgirl Events, Sponsorship/Donation):

Make sure you ADD Horse Rental below if you plan to rent a horse and also ADD Cowgirl Events below if your cowgirl will be participating.  If you would like to purchase a sponsorship or become a “Friend of The Ride” ADD the corresponding items below.
